Buckner Homestead Heritage Foundation
Promoting the care and preservation of the Buckner homestead orchard, and community atmosphere in perpetuity.
The Buckner Homestead and orchard are located deep in the North Cascades of Washington State at the head of 55-mile long Lake Chelan.
Now within the North Cascades National Park Service Complex and managed as part of the Lake Chelan National Recreation Area, the homestead and orchard are open to the public and are supported by the Foundation so as to preserve and share this important part of American history.
